We will always do our best to deliver your orders on time. Deliveries within Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman are usually completed within 1–2 working days, while deliveries to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Fujairah may take 2–3 working days.

We strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. Please note that returns are only accepted in the case of a verified factory defect or issue. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
