3-year guarantee
Every Renfert device comes with a three-year guarantee. If a device stops working in that time, Renfert and Bio Link work out a solution for you under the guarantee.
* Wear parts are not covered.
10-year spare parts service
Renfert devices are built to last, so original spare parts stay available for every device for at least ten years after purchase. Order them through Bio Link in Dubai.
Activity guarantee
Renfert works with dealers and certified service partners worldwide to keep your lab running and reduce downtime. In the UAE, that partner is Bio Link.

How we support you locally
As the authorised Renfert dealer in the UAE, we handle guarantee requests, repairs and spare parts for you.

We check it
Our team reviews the issue and confirms whether it is covered by the Renfert guarantee.
Repair or parts
We arrange the repair or the original spare parts with Renfert, so you don't deal with shipping abroad.

Your device is returned ready to use, with support from our team whenever you need it.
